These terms and conditions apply to the use and content of this website ("Website Terms") and also to the sale of goods from it ("Sale Terms"). Further below, we have also provided information regarding our privacy and cookies policy ("Privacy and Cookies Policy").

1. You are welcome to browse our website and we agree to allow you to do so, provided that you do so in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
a) All of the content of this website is the copyright of us or is licensed to us. This includes (without limitation) all images, design, look, appearance, text, concepts and data. Therefore you may not copy or reproduce any of the website content, whether in its original form or otherwise, without permission from us, although you may provide links to our site from your own, without the need for permission. Please contact us if you wish to reproduce any of our website content.
b) We make no guarantee as to uptime, functionality or as to availability of any of the goods advertised. Therefore we accept no liability for any broken links or downtime and the website content may be subject to change without notice.
c) Other than product description, we make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
d) This website may contain numerous links to external websites or content. We make no guarantee, representation or promise as to the functionality, relevance, quality, legality or morality of any of the sites or content linked to.
e) Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
a) In addition to the price of the Products, you will have to pay a delivery charge at the checkout stage.
b) Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing orders.
a) We will arrange for the Products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated by you. We will endeavour to do so within 1-3 working days, but we cannot guarantee this - there may be reasonable delays in some circumstances. In addition we cannot accept any liability for delays caused by Royal Mail, or any other party, including in particular in the case of international orders any local customs office or procedure, or the local postal services.
b) Additional delivery charges may be applicable where orders are for outside of the United Kingdom.
c) Standard and recorded delivery options are offered. We accept no liability for goods lost by Royal Mail or any other third party although we will of course endeavour to procure compensation from the relevant third party in the case of recorded delivery.
3. Refunds and returns
If you wish to apply for a refund due to faulty goods or other circumstances, please email us stating your reasons. We'll provide a refund or exchange if you apply for one within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, but only upon receiving the returned goods in an unused and perfect condition within 14 days of the original delivery to you. For the avoidance of doubt, we cannot provide a refund if the goods have been used. Return postal charges will not be refunded by us unless we are at fault or unless agreed otherwise. Example postal charge estimates are £3.50 for an adult kigurumi, and £2 for a T-shirt, but this depends on the weight of the goods and the service used.
4. This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
